This website, chaoscitycanvas.shop, is operated by Reclaimed Ventures LLC, an Arkansas limited liability company doing business as Chaos City Canvas ("we," "us," "our"). By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the policies linked on this site, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or country to place an order, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

Products and artwork

All products are made to order. Colors on screen can differ slightly from printed colors because of monitor settings and printing processes. Product images and mockups are for illustration. Limited editions are produced in the quantities stated on the product page and will not be reprinted once sold out.

Pricing and availability

Prices are in U.S. dollars and can change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders affected by a pricing or listing error. If we cancel an order you already paid for, we will refund you in full.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners. We do not store your full card details.

Intellectual property

All artwork, designs, text, logos and images on this site belong to Reclaimed Ventures LLC or are used with permission. Buying a product gives you ownership of that physical item only. It does not give you the right to copy, reproduce, resell as your own design, or use the artwork commercially without our written permission.

Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account.

Prohibited uses

You may not use this site to break any law, infringe anyone's rights, upload malicious code, scrape the site, or interfere with its operation.

Third-party links

The site may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent allowed by law. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
