Made to order

Every Chaos City Canvas print, canvas, tee and hoodie is made to order by our professional print partners after you buy it. Nothing sits in a warehouse. Production usually takes 2 to 7 business days before your order ships.

Shipping rates

United States:

Standard Shipping (USPS): $6.99 on orders under $85.

Free Standard Shipping on orders of $85 or more.

Flat rate: $24.95 per order.

Shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times

United States: usually 3 to 7 business days after your order ships.

International: usually 7 to 20 business days after your order ships.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays happen, especially around holidays.

Tracking

You will get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be charged import duties, taxes or customs fees by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping cost.

Address accuracy

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you catch a mistake, email us right away at jehensley501@gmail.com and we will try to fix it before your order goes into production.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivered but you never received it, email us within 30 days of the delivery date at jehensley501@gmail.com with your order number, and photos if it is damaged. We will make it right under our Refund Policy.
