Production and delivery
- Every piece is produced after you order it. Production takes 2–4 business days.
- U.S. delivery is typically 3–5 business days after production, so most orders land within a week and a half.
- Free U.S. shipping on orders over $85. Under that, flat $9.
- International shipping is available at checkout. Duties and import fees are the buyer's responsibility.
- Tracking is emailed the moment the label is created.
How it is packed
- Paper prints ship rolled in a rigid tube with an acid-free interleaf.
- Canvases ship corner-protected in a double-walled box.
- Apparel ships folded in recyclable mailers.
The 30-day guarantee
If your order shows up damaged, misprinted, or simply not the way you pictured it, email jehensley501@gmail.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We replace it or refund it — your call. Damaged and misprinted items never need to be shipped back.
Because everything is made to order, we cannot accept returns on change-of-mind apparel that has been worn or washed. Wrong size? Message us — we will work it out.

Need to change a size or address? Email within 12 hours of ordering and we can almost always catch it before production starts.
